The system supports both single and bulk task creation, with AI-powered task suggestions linked directly to user goals. A kanban-style workflow enables smooth drag-and-drop transitions across statuses, enhanced with animations and celebratory feedback to keep progress engaging. Each task includes priority levels, due dates, estimated durations, and flexible deliverable types. The Coach Analytics dashboard aggregates participant performance, highlighting active goals, pending tasks, and overall engagement metrics, giving coaches the insight needed to tailor support and drive meaningful progress.

To enhance motivation, the Gamification & Engagement layer introduces celebratory animations, sound effects, and visual progress cues that mark milestones and task completions. Notification and reminder preferences are configured during setup, with progress indicators and skip options to maintain flexibility. The Profile & Settings module allows users to update personal details, revisit onboarding selections, and manage preferences for notifications, sounds, and reminders.
